Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a digital marketing strategy for the Hong Kong and Greater Bay Area market, covering brand building, product promotion, customer acquisition and retention, and full-chain marketing solutions.
  • Lead cross-platform digital marketing activities, integrate social and video platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and WeChat ecosystem, and combine traditional channels such as print media, industry magazines, and outdoor advertising to achieve integrated online and offline communication.
  • Based on data analysis and user insights, plan high-interactive content marketing activities, including product reviews, scene theaters, technical explanation short films, and KOL/KOC cooperation projects, to enhance brand penetration and word-of-mouth influence among target customers.
  • Establish a systematic smart home industry content system, continuously output technical analysis, application scenario cases, user education, etc. professional content, and strengthen the brand's authoritative image in high-end residential, commercial projects and professional groups such as designers, real estate developers
  • Manage the Hong Kong local marketing team, collaborate with the mainland marketing and technical team, and promote efficient collaboration and resource optimization between the two places in content creation, resource allocation and data sharing.
  • Utilize marketing technology tools (such as CDP, MA, CRM, etc.) to perform user persona modeling, behavior tracking and personalized touchpoints, optimize user conversion paths, and enhance customer lifetime value.
  • Closely monitor industry trends, competitive dynamics and policy environment changes, with special attention to market opportunities brought about by Hong Kong's smart city development, green building policies, etc., and adjust marketing strategies in a timely manner to seize opportunities.
  • Responsible for annual marketing budget planning, execution control and effect evaluation, continuously optimizing resource allocation through ROI analysis, and regularly reporting marketing performance and key market insights to the management layer.

Work requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above, marketing, data science, media, advertising or Relevant professional background is preferred.
  • At least 8 years of digital marketing work experience, with at least 3 years of in-depth work in smart homes, the Internet of Things, high-end consumer electronics or real estate and other related industries.
  • Having successful promotion cases on YouTube, TikTok, etc., video and social platforms, we can specifically display the actual results in content planning, traffic growth, user interaction or sales conversion.
  • Have the ability to integrate mainstream media and industry vertical media resources, and be able to plan and execute integrated online and offline comprehensive marketing activities.
  • Proficient in Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc. data analysis tools and marketing automation platforms, with data-driven decision-making and marketing effectiveness optimization capabilities.
  • Familiar with the functions and technical architecture of smart home products, and good at converting complex technical advantages into easy-to-understand and attractive market communication language.
  • Have cross-border (mainland China and Hong Kong) marketing and collaboration experience, effectively lead cross-regional teams, promote resource integration and collaborative operations.
  • Have excellent writing and oral communication skills in Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English, and adapt to the multilingual marketing environment of international enterprises.
  • With team management experience, good at strategy formulation, project management and performance evaluation, and able to lead the team to achieve high-standard marketing goals.
