Position name: Agent Architect

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for designing and developing a system based on AI Agent, covering task planning, tool calling, memory management, multi-Agent collaboration, etc. core modules;

• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to translate business requirements into actionable Agent solutions, and lead technical selection and architecture validation;

• Optimize the stability, scalability, and response efficiency of the Agent system, and perform performance tuning and iteration based on actual scenarios (such as customer service, intelligent assistants, and process automation);

• Develop and maintain technical specifications and development standards, including Agent behavior definition, prompting engineering practices, API integration strategy, and security compliance guidance;

• Continuously track the development of large language models and agent technologies, evaluate the applicability and migration path of new tool chains (such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, etc.) in local business scenarios.

Requirements:

• Have software architecture design experience, familiar with microservices, event-driven or service-oriented architecture, those who have AI system or intelligent application landing experience are preferred;

• Proficient in Python, with LLM application development experience, able to independently implement Prompt sequencing, Function Calling, RAG integration and Agent workflow sequencing;

• Understand the basic principles and limitations of large language models, and have the ability to debug model behavior, analyze output biases, and design fault-tolerant mechanisms;

• Have good communication skills, be able to clearly articulate technical solutions in Mandarin, and work with cross-functional teams (including non-technical background members) to co-drive projects;

• Open learning attitude, not limited by academic qualifications and seniority, emphasizing practical abilities and logical thinking in solving problems; holding a dependent's entry visa, you can legally work full-time in Hong Kong.
