Job Responsibilities

Responsible for customer ordering, accurately placing orders in the kitchen system, ensuring order information is clear and correct, and following up on meal progress in a timely manner.
Follow standard procedures for serving food, delivering drinks, and changing utensils, paying attention to plating and service pace, and enhancing the dining experience.
After dining, quickly clear the table, clean the desktop and surrounding area, and coordinate with cleaning arrangements to maintain a clean and orderly floor.
Active welcome, menu introduction, respond to basic inquiries (such as recommended dishes, allergen information, etc.), and properly handle minor complaints or special needs.
Maintain real-time communication with the kitchen, bar and other floor colleagues, coordinate the sequence of serving and manpower deployment, and ensure smooth and efficient service.

Work requirements

Have a sincere and friendly service awareness and high sense of responsibility, be able to put customers first, observe and predict customers’ needs carefully.
Must speak fluent Cantonese, able to communicate basic needs in Mandarin; those with basic English conversational skills will be given priority.
Applicants with restaurant floor experience are welcome; those with no relevant experience may also apply, as the company provides comprehensive on-the-job training and mentorship.
Able to adapt to flexible shift arrangements (including day shifts, night shifts, holidays and peak periods), and able to stand for long periods of time.
Must hold a valid Hong Kong identity card and have legal work qualifications in Hong Kong; must hold a valid "Food Handler Certificate" or be willing to complete the exam within one month of employment.
