Job Description

Apparel Merchandiser (Non-Sales; Responsible for Order Follow-up and After-Sales Support)

Responsibilities:

- Assist the sales team in handling daily order follow-up tasks.

-Communicate with factories and clients. (occasional travel or on-site visits may be required depending on the situation)

-Support the sales team in addressing client needs.

-Monitor and follow up on the execution and completion of orders.

-Source suitable suppliers when necessary.

-Complete tasks assigned by supervisors.

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in the apparel industry; educational background is not restricted.

2. Proficient in using office software (e.g., Email, MS Office, Word, Excel).

3. Familiar with international trade processes, including export documentation and customs clearance.

4. Strong communication and coordination skills, with patience, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.

5. Well-organized, proactive, and a strong team player.

6. Good command of English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.

Clothing follow-up officer (non-sales position; responsible for order follow-up and after-sales support)

Job Responsibilities:

Assist the business team with daily order processing and follow-up work

Maintain communication and contact with factories and customers (possibly requiring business trips or field work, depending on the situation)

Assist the business team in handling customer needs Monitor and follow up the execution status and completion status of orders

Search for suitable suppliers based on need. Complete all assigned tasks by your supervisor

Requirements:

Have at least one year of relevant work experience in the clothing industry, regardless of education level

Proficient in office software (such as: Email, MS Office, Word, Excel)

Familiar with international trade procedures, including export documents and customs clearance

Have good communication and coordination skills, patience and attention to detail, and be able to withstand work pressure

Organized, proactive, and with a good team spirit

Have good English, Mandarin and Cantonese skills
