About the Role
We are looking for a Product Operations Executive (Attraction Tickets) who is detail-oriented, data-driven, and passionate about travel.
You will manage and optimize attraction ticket products across Hong Kong and the wider APAC region, ensuring smooth operations, accurate product information, and strong commercial performance.
This role involves close collaboration with suppliers, marketing, customer service, and tech teams to deliver an exceptional user experience and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Product Management & Maintenance
- Handle onboarding, updating, and maintenance of attraction ticket products (theme parks, landmarks, experiences, etc.;
- Ensure product details, pricing, inventory, validity periods, and usage policies are accurate and up to date;
- Coordinate with technical and customer service teams for seamless booking, ticket issuance, and redemption;
- Monitor product performance and proactively optimize listings for better conversion.
2. Sales Analysis & Optimization
- Track and analyze key metrics such as sales, conversion rate, refund rate, and GMV;
- Prepare performance reports and provide data-driven insights for continuous improvement;
- Conduct competitor benchmarking and adjust pricing and promotional strategies accordingly.
3. Marketing & Campaign Planning
- Work with the marketing team to plan and execute seasonal and trend-based campaigns;
- Optimize product content including highlights, images, and user reviews to boost visibility and conversion;
- Support content curation for landing pages, category promotions, and co-branded campaigns.
4. Supplier & Resource Management
- Maintain and grow relationships with attraction partners, ticket distributors, and local DMCs;
- Participate in contract negotiations, product sourcing, and policy coordination;
- Support new product onboarding, API integrations, and cross-regional collaboration projects.
5. Customer Experience & Process Optimization
- Collect and analyze user feedback and customer service issues to identify improvement areas;
- Monitor order fulfillment, ticket issuance, and redemption to ensure a reliable and satisfying user journey.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Tourism Management, E-commerce, or related disciplines;
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in OTA platforms, ticketing operations, or e-commerce product operations;
- Familiar with Hong Kong and APAC travel markets, especially attraction and theme park products;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools;
- Excellent written and spoken English; Cantonese and Mandarin proficiency is a plus;
- Strong coordination, communication, and project management skills;
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks independently;
- Passionate about travel, digital products, and creating great customer experiences.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with OTA systems;
- Familiarity with ticketing system integration (API) or distribution platforms;
- Previous cooperation with local attractions and experience in marketing, SEO/SEM, or content operations is an advantage.
