Guest Service & Reservation Officer

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for check-in, check-out, and reservation duties

• Provide quality service to all guests and respond to inquiries/ complaints efficiently

• Achieve daily tasks by liaising with various departments

• Prepare reports and handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

• 1 year or above hospitality/ apartment/ customer service experience

• Service-oriented, energetic, and good communication skills

• Proficient in spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua

• Shift Duty and overnight shift as assigned by the superior

• Fresh Graduate will also be considered
