Large chain fast food restaurant manager ($23-25K, with food safety supervisor certificate preferred)

Responsibilities Description:

• Responsible for daily store operations, including employee scheduling, service supervision, and ensuring food quality meets standards.
• Manage the team, train employees, and improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor sales performance, inventory control, and cost management to achieve operating targets.
• Handling customer complaints, ensuring food safety and following company policies and laws.
• Participate in promotional activities, report operational data, and propose improvement suggestions.
• Lead the team, create a positive work atmosphere, and drive store performance growth.

Requirements:

• College degree or above, welcome to culinary management, business or related backgrounds.
• At least 2-3 years of fast food or retail management experience; those with a background in chain restaurants are preferred.
• Fluent Cantonese and English; those who understand Mandarin are preferred.
• Leadership, problem-solving skills, and stress management techniques.
• Able to adapt to shift work, including weekends, night shifts, and public holidays.
• Love the fast food industry, passionate about customer service and team collaboration.
