Full-time salesperson (European fashion)

<div>Job Responsibilities<br><ul><li>Responsible for daily sales in the store, providing professional product introduction and quality shopping experience to customers</li><li>Assist with product display and organization, ensuring that goods are neatly placed, clearly priced, and the store is kept clean</li><li>Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and returns to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty</li><li>Execute cash register operations, accurately complete the checkout process and manage daily business receipts</li><li>Comply with the basic operations of the online sales platform, such as updating inventory, processing online orders or arranging pick-up</li></ul></div><br><div>Work requirements<br><ul><li>Have three or more years of retail industry-related work experience, those with online platform operation experience are given priority</li><li>Familiar with general sales process, with good service awareness and communication skills</li><li>Able to handle store sales independently, adapt to shift work and holiday schedules</li><li>Able to use basic computer operations, with some understanding of e-commerce platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Shopify, etc.</li><li>Active and proactive, responsible and serious about work, and team-oriented</li></ul></div>
