Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the daily operation and management of e-commerce platforms (such as Taobao, Tmall, JD.com, Shopee, HKTVmall, Amazon, etc.) , including product listing, page optimization, promotion planning and execution;
- Monitor sales data and traffic performance, regularly analyze conversion rate, bounce rate, customer unit price, and repeat purchase rate, and adjust operating strategies accordingly;
- Coordinate the visual presentation and content update of the store, and collaborate with the design and copywriting teams to complete the planning and implementation of marketing materials such as main images, detailed pages, Banners, and short video scripts;
- Handling customer inquiries, post-purchase coordination and platform review management, maintaining store DSR ratings and service experiences, and continuously improving brand reputation and user satisfaction.
Work requirements
- Have at least 2 years of mainstream e-commerce platform store operation practical experience, familiar with platform rules, algorithm logic and review process, those who have successfully created bestsellers or achieved sales doubling are preferred;
- Proficient in using Business Consultant, Jing Chiao Xi Selection, Shopee Seller Centre, Google Analytics, etc. data analysis tools, with the ability to extract insights from data and drive decisions;
- Have basic marketing thinking and consumer behavior understanding ability, and be able to independently plan holiday sales, member day, live streaming sales, etc. integrated marketing solutions;
- Have good cross-departmental collaboration awareness, be able to efficiently connect with supply chain, customer service, design, marketing, etc. teams, and push projects to be delivered on time and of high quality;
- Fluent in Cantonese, good in Mandarin, with basic English reading and writing abilities, and able to handle international platform operations or cross-border business communication needs.
