Job Description
Core responsibilities<br>Online channel operation: Responsible for maintaining and expanding online sales channels, such as Hong Kong local social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), insurance vertical platforms, customer communities, etc., publishing compliant product information, industry news, and attracting potential customers' attention.​<div><br>Customer development and conversion: Discover potential customers through online channels, actively communicate and understand their insurance needs (such as critical illness protection, savings and dividends, and high-end medical care), provide professional solutions based on the advantages of Hong Kong insurance products, guide customers through the insurance application process, and achieve sales conversion.​<br>Customer relationship maintenance: Establish customer files, regularly follow up on insured customers through online channels (such as WeChat, email, phone), answer post-purchase questions (such as premium payment, policy changes, claim inquiries), enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty, and promote referrals from existing customers.​</div><div><br>Sales data tracking and optimization: Record online sales data (such as customer source, consultation conversion rate, order rate), analyze sales effectiveness of different channels, optimize promotion strategy and communication rhetoric, and improve online sales efficiency.​<br>Compliance sales execution: Strictly abide by the Hong Kong Insurance Regulatory Authority (IA) and the company's compliance requirements, ensure that online promotion content, sales communication and application process are legal and compliant, and avoid sales risks.​</div><div><br>Job Requirements<br>Education and experience: Diploma or above, 1 to 3 years of insurance sales, online sales or financial product sales experience, those with Hong Kong insurance industry sales experience or holding a Hong Kong insurance license (such as IIQE) are preferred.​<br>Professional skills: Familiar with the characteristics and advantages of mainstream insurance products in Hong Kong (such as critical illness, savings, medical care, etc.), and able to provide professional insurance planning advice to customers; with online marketing thinking, understanding the local online traffic play in Hong Kong (such as social media operation, live broadcast shopping)</div><div><br>Comprehensive quality: Have excellent online communication skills and sales techniques, be able to effectively reach customer needs through text, voice or video; have strong sense of purpose and execution ability, be able to independently develop customers and complete sales indicators.​<br>Language ability: Fluent in reading and writing Chinese and English, able to communicate online using Chinese and English (Cantonese fluency is preferred); have good customer service awareness and stress resistance, and be able to adapt to the flexible work mode of online sales.​<br>Positional advantages</div><div><br>Enjoy a competitive salary system (base salary + high commission on sales + bonuses), with no upper limit, where income is directly linked to performance;<br>Self-control online sales rhythm, flexibly use various online channels to conduct business, and unleash your personal marketing creativity;<br>The company provides Hong Kong insurance product training, online marketing skills training and compliance training to help quickly enhance professional abilities;<br>Have the opportunity to meet high net worth clients in Hong Kong, accumulate high-quality customer resources, and lay a solid foundation for long-term career development.</div>
