Analog Circuit Design Engineer

Duties:
1. Design of high-speed optical communication analog chips (laser driver, transconductance amplifier, limiter amplifier, CDR, etc.) in the physical layer.

3. New product implementation of the schematic diagram, simulation verification (pre-prototype, post-prototype, Monte Carlo ...)
4. New product completed after forming product specifications.
5. Company chip product debugging and rework. Complete the debugging case report and corresponding product specification book update.
6. Collaborate with FAE and test engineers to complete company product application promotion plan document preparation, as well as error correction on the application. Guide test engineers to complete functional/performance parameter testing. Design CP test projects and test methods. Guide the completion of product solutions and DEMO design.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above; Microelectronics/Electronic Engineering major; More than 2 years of relevant work experience;
2. Have solid analog circuit theory foundation, be proficient in analog circuit analysis, and be familiar with various basic analog unit circuits design;
3. Have knowledge of optical-electrical conversion system; have mixed-signal integrated circuit design experience; good English reading and writing ability;
4. Proficient in the simulation verification principles and methods of various performance parameters from the AC, DC, trans angles, including pre- and post-simulation, Monte Carlo;
5. Have experience in the design and successful integration of optical communication integrated circuit chips or radio frequency (RF) chips, including: laser driver circuit, broadband amplifier, limiter amplifier, transimpedance amplifier, clock data recovery circuit (CDR), VCO, high-speed logic circuit, etc.;
6. Have good communication skills and team collaboration ability;
