AI Integration Specialist - Research and Product Development

<p><strong>Our client:</strong></p><p>Our client is a leading global telecom service provider seeking an AI Integration Specialist to support their AI product development projects. Candidate with hands on experience in AI development or research related projects is a must. IANG / TTPS are welcome.</p><p></p><p><strong>Your role:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Plan data products, technologies, platforms, and processes. Stay abreast of industry data trends and key technological advancements, conduct comprehensive and forward-looking planning and design, and oversee data-related development work, ensuring progress, quality control, result transformation, and project delivery.</p></li><li><p>Establish a layered data development system according to the company’s data work plan, and develop and improve standardized processes for data products, data applications, and data delivery.</p></li><li><p>Continuously innovate and optimize to make data drive business. Integrate data science and data technology to solve practical business problems and streamline processes.</p></li><li><p>Manage communication and collaboration among the company, clients, and departments throughout the data lifecycle planning, pre-research, development, release, and iteration processes, ensuring smooth and efficient communication.</p></li><li><p>Fully responsible for building and nurturing the company’s data team, ensuring the stability of the data platform and development team, establishing and improving the promotion mechanism for data personnel. Participate in technical reviews, providing reference opinions on the rationality of technical solutions, architectural compliance, and project operation norms.</p></li><li><p>Resolve key issues, faults, and technical challenges in big data systems.</p></li><li><p>Participate in the extraction and analysis of system requirements and the design of business system data dictionaries.</p></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirement:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Master’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Automation, or related fields preferred.</p></li><li><p>Work Experience: 6 years or more of work experience. Over 5 years of experience as a technical leader in big data, cloud computing, or artificial intelligence industries preferred.</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in deploying, using, and maintaining common foundational software such as Hadoop, MySQL, Redis, Kafka, Flink, Elasticsearch, with relevant certification qualifications.</p></li><li><p>Mastery of one or more mainstream programming and database languages, with a deep understanding of database performance bottlenecks and optimization methods, and proficiency in relational database management systems, related technologies, and tools.</p></li><li><p>Experience in designing business models related to provincial BOMS domains for telecom operators preferred.</p></li><li><p>Experience in implementing big data application projects in the telecom industry preferred.</p></li><li><p>Experience in building a complete data platform and technical system from scratch, with a system and methodology for data-driven innovation.</p></li><li><p>Experience in big data, AI, intelligent operation and maintenance of communication networks, and AI-related technology empowerment for business preferred.</p></li><li><p>Holding two or more certifications such as AWS Data Engineer Associate, National Database Engineer Certification, or equivalent preferred.</p></li></ul><p><br></p><p>Click "<strong>Apply Now</strong>" to apply for this position or<strong>callusat<u>******</u></strong>for a confidential discussion.
