Job Overview

Working location: Ho Man Tin

Contract term: One-year contract

Paid annual leave: 7 days

Main responsibilities

1. Responsible for internal and external email communication, ensuring professional and timely information delivery.

2. Handle public inquiries in a face-to-face manner, provide professional assistance and collect relevant information.

3. Proficient in using Microsoft Excel for systematic data processing, including filtering and organizing complex information.

5. Assist in issuing electronic certificates (e-certification) to external relevant institutions or individuals.

Entry Requirements

Educational background: Holding a higher diploma or above in the relevant discipline

Technical skills: Have excellent Microsoft Excel application skills, must be familiar with VLOOKUP; those with pivot table (Pivot Tables) processing experience will be given priority.

Working hours

Working days: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00

Rest days: Saturday, Sunday and public holidays
