Job Description

[Job Positioning]

This is a position that starts as a sales assistant and is trained in the sales direction.

1. Data and reports: Compile sales monthly and weekly reports, various data analysis tables

2. Internal coordination: Act as the information hub of the Hong Kong team to ensure task follow-up

3. Documents and processes: Maintain customer files, business files, and assist in optimizing processes

2. Process daily inquiries, orders, and customer relationship maintenance

3. Participate in store support and promotional activities

[Job Requirements | Must be simultaneously met]

1. Bachelor's degree, 1 to 3 years of FMCG / retail / trading company experience

2. Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, data sorting), with actual experience in creating sales reports

4. Careful and organized, able to handle a large amount of paperwork and data work

5. Strong communication skills, willing to learn sales logic

6. Have career development aspirations and do not resist future field work

7. Fluent in Cantonese, English reading and writing ability

1. Have done data and administrative work, and have also dealt with customers, but I don't want to do pure internal work

2. Want to do sales, but willing to start with solid internal work, and be brought out by the sales leader

3. I don't like pure running street, nor do I like pure clerks
