Human resources specialist

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily human resources work, including recruitment, onboarding and resignation arrangements

• Assist in screening resumes, arranging interviews, and following up on recruitment processes

• Manage employee data, update personnel records and files

• Assist with handling payroll, attendance, and related administrative work

• Support employee relations affairs and promote internal communication within the company

• Assist in the development and optimization of human resources-related processes and systems

Entry Requirements

• Diploma or above, human resources management or related subjects are preferred

• Applicants with one or more years of human resources or administrative related experience are preferred

• Familiarity with Hong Kong labor laws is preferred

• Good communication and coordination skills, attention to detail, and sense of responsibility

• Able to speak fluent Cantonese, with basic Mandarin and English skills

• Familiarity with computer operations (Word, Excel, etc.)
