Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the daily security management of the designated properties in Chai Wan, including regular patrols of each floor, entrance and exit, parking lot and public facilities, ensuring a safe and orderly environment

• Strictly enforce visitor and vehicle registration procedures, verify identity, record the reason for visit and entry/exit time, and follow up and guide according to the procedure, ensuring customer privacy and safety

• As a front-line service window, actively provide polite and professional customer service, respond to inquiries from residents, tenants and visitors, and coordinate and handle sudden situations on site

• Supervise and guide subordinate security personnel on duty performance, assist in arranging shift schedules, training support and work handover, and maintain team stability

• Regularly inspect fire equipment, surveillance systems, emergency lighting and access control devices for their operational status, and report any abnormalities to the relevant departments for follow-up
