Talent recruitment and allocation: Based on the overseas BG business planning, formulate and implement the annual recruitment plan, be responsible for the personnel recruitment of all overseas positions and the expansion management of recruitment channels to ensure talent supply.
Salary and benefits: Optimize the salary and benefits structure in each overseas region, manage the performance evaluation process, and ensure that the incentive scheme is compliant, competitive, and effectively drives performance.
Training and Development: Collaborate with the group headquarters and operations director to organize and implement new employee onboarding training, on-the-job skills training, and management capability improvement projects, build a talent development channel, and support business team capability building.
Employee relations: Handling overseas employees’ labor contracts, personnel changes, etc., ensuring that all activities strictly comply with local labor laws and regulations to prevent employment risks.
Cultural promotion: Collaborate with the group headquarters and each BU general manager to implement various cultural promotion activities of the group and overseas.
