Job Responsibilities

• According to customer needs, do home interior design, use Autocad, Sketch Up or other related design software to draw floor plans and construction drawings, those who can use CoolHome are preferred

• Participate in the design proposal and explanation, directly communicate with customers and accurately grasp their design expectations, and provide professional advice

• Regularly visit construction sites to follow up on progress, coordinate with construction teams, and ensure design plans are executed correctly

• Understand the various stages of the renovation process, especially water and electricity, masonry and furniture making, etc. , can effectively supervise and solve on-site technical problems

• Support the company's project process, complete design file archiving, material selection and cost estimation, etc. related work

Work requirements

• Have 1 to 3 years of experience in home interior design

• Proficient in Autocad, Sketch Up, etc. design software, and basic computer skills

• Familiar with the home renovation project process, with practical knowledge and on-site judgment ability in water and electricity, masonry, carpentry and furniture installation

• Good communication skills, sociable personality, sense of responsibility, and self-motivated learning willingness, able to effectively collaborate with customers and construction teams

• Need to understand Mandarin
