Job Responsibilities
Actual visit to local pet retailers in Hong Kong (independent stores, small chains, etc.), B2B sales communication and channel testing
Collect retailers’ real feedback on products, prices, packaging, and cooperation conditions
Judge the feasibility of different types of customers and provide structured feedback to the project manager
Assist brands in basic exposure and execution in the local market (such as product information, page content matching, etc.)
Participate in brand-provided product or sales training (if any), and apply it to actual communication scenarios
After the validation phase is over, participate in the judgment discussion on whether to enter the next phase (stocking/ expansion)
Job Requirements
HaveB2B sales experience in the pet food, pet supplies or related consumer goods industry
Familiar with the basic communication and testing process for new brands or products entering the retail end
Have good communication skills, be able to establish a stable and professional working relationship with the retail end
Able to independently go out to visit customers and effectively follow up and feedback
Have basic English reading and communication skills (able to read brand materials, participate in basic training)
Able to adapt to the work rhythm of the early market validation stage, and accept a work style oriented by market feedback
Requirements within the first 3 months to complete large customer accumulation and achieve effective sales performance.
Educational requirements
Associate Degree/Higher Diploma or above
Applicants with relevant industry experience may have their academic qualifications relaxed
Working hours
Monday to Friday, 09:30 – 18:30
Weekly 5-day work schedule or flexible hours
In response to customer visits and project needs, work hours and location can be reasonably adjusted
Salary and benefits
Fixed monthly salary:HKD 18,000 – 22,000(depending on experience)
