Assistant Engineer/Pipe Worker

Job Responsibilities

• Assist senior engineers in daily construction site management, including on-site supervision, process coordination and progress follow-up, to ensure that the project progresses smoothly according to the drawings and specifications.

• Participate in the preparation and organization of technical documents related to civil and structural engineering, such as construction records, inspection reports, material testing forms and change order tracking.

• Regularly inspect construction site safety and construction quality, identify potential risks and report them to senior management in real time, and cooperate with the implementation of safety improvement measures and quality correction actions.

• Maintain effective communication with contractors, subcontractors and consulting teams, coordinate material delivery, equipment allocation and manpower arrangements for on-site operations.

Work requirements

• Have a higher diploma or associate degree, majoring in civil engineering, structural engineering or related construction fields.

• Having 1 to 3 years of local construction site practical work experience.

• Able to communicate fluently in Cantonese on site, with basic English reading and writing abilities to handle technical documents.

• Must be a permanent resident of Hong Kong, with legal qualifications for full-time employment in the local area, and able to adapt to a Monday to Saturday field work mode and outdoor environment operations.

• Have good organizational skills, sense of responsibility, and stress resistance, be able to handle multiple tasks independently, and efficiently execute on-site support work within the designated working hours (08:00-18:00).
