Job Responsibilities

• Support front-line retail stores with daily operations, including product display, inventory coordination, and sales process optimization, to ensure consistent service quality and brand image

• Plan and execute employee training programs that cover product knowledge, customer service skills, and sales techniques to enhance team professionalism and service efficiency

• Visit local primary and secondary schools, give lectures on healthy living and nutrition education, and strengthen the brand community's influence and public image

• Coordinate and implement special sales activities, seasonal promotions and member discounts, responsible for material preparation, on-site support and effectiveness tracking

• As the company's liaison window, regularly communicate and coordinate with department store management and shopping mall owners on operating matters, handle leasing, renovation, business hours and other details of cooperation
