1. Coordinate the whole supply chain process of the store (purchasing, warehousing, delivery, inventory), formulate a supply chain strategy, and ensure timely replenishment of goods and healthy inventory in the store.
2. Responsible for supplier development, negotiation, management and optimization, controlling procurement costs, ensuring product quality and supply stability.
3. Coordinate warehouse planning and inventory control, optimize delivery routes and delivery times, reduce logistics and warehouse costs, and improve contract fulfillment efficiency.
4. Monitor supply chain data (inventory turnover rate, stockout rate, delivery time), review and optimize processes, and solve supply chain abnormalities.
1. Bachelor's degree or above, supply chain management, logistics management, purchasing management, etc. Relevant professional is preferred.
2. More than 2 to 3 years of supply chain management experience in the retail industry, those with snack/supermarket chain supply chain experience are preferred.
3. Proficient in procurement processes, warehouse management, logistics and distribution, and inventory control, familiar with supply chain-related tools and systems.
4. Have strong supplier negotiation, cost control, problem solving and overall coordination skills.
5. Strong stress resistance, clear logic, able to coordinate multiple retail stores in the supply chain, and ensure efficient operation.
