總經理 - Sales (Frozen Food Industry)

<p><u>Responsibilities:</u></p><p>· Formulate sales strategies for frozen food categories to drive business revenue and profit margins in wet market, food services and key account channels</p><p>· Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners</p><p>· Explore new business opportunities in the market</p><p>· Identify and understand market trends for long term business development</p><p>· Lead the team to achieve revenue targets and upkeep engagement with key customers</p><p>· Work with internal departments to co-ordinate the relevant sales activities and control procedures</p><p>· Ad hoc projects as assigned</p><p></p><p><u>Requirements</u></p><p>· Degree holder in Business Administration or related discipline</p><p>· 10 years’ FMCG sales & marketing experience in a sizable organization, preferably in food industry</p><p>· Remarkable sales experience and achievements in frozen food / chilled food categories is highly preferred</p><p>· Proven leadership skills with experience in managing sales teams</p><p>· Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills</p>
