Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for receiving, counting and verifying goods to ensure that the received quantity matches the invoice
Conduct goods acceptance according to standard operating procedures, check packaging integrity and expiration date, etc. related information
Use scanning equipment or manual input to accurately input delivery information into the warehouse management system
Assist in arranging goods at a designated location in the warehouse, keeping the receiving area neat and orderly
Coordinate and communicate with suppliers, transportation companies and internal departments to handle abnormal situations in the receipt process

Work requirements

Secondary school graduation or above, with basic Chinese reading and writing abilities, and able to understand simple work instructions
Applicants with warehouse or logistics-related work experience will be given priority, and those with no experience will also receive training
Familiar with goods classification, counting and label identification, attention to details and sense of responsibility
Those who can operate basic electronic devices such as barcode scanners or handheld terminals are preferred
Good physical condition, able to handle heavy lifting and long periods of standing work, and follow safety operating procedures
