You should enjoy the following tasks:
· Acting as a trusted advisor and technical consultant for all Lightware products and related UC technologies;
· Project design
· Attending trade exhibitions; assisting classroom-based training to customers;
· Supporting the administration of the Lightware Learning Management System;
· On-site technical support where required within the region;
· Register and escalate technical support cases within the region using the appropriate tools and systems;
· Designing end-to-end collaboration solutions that address a customer’s business needs;
· Assisting customers with equipment budgets, systems requirements and specifications;
· Providing input for development of new products and enhancement of current products;
· Delivering enablement sessions to partners to make sure they are up to date with Lightware solutions and services.
· Traveling inside & outside of the region to support customers and partners and for training when necessary.
You should have the following qualifications/skills:
· Knowledge of the market with 1-2 years of ProAV or IT experience
· Technical sales background providing technical solutions adjusted to customer business needs;
· Business-level fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
· Focus on continually updating your technical knowledge including new products and feature sets;
· Experience creating technical responses and formal documentation in a written and graphical format;
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Cisco Webex, Google Meet and other collaboration services is an advantage, just like experience with cloud solutions and services;
· Service provider’s solutions experience is a plus;
· Customer focused, pro-active personality with outstanding presentation, time-management and communication skills.
