<p>Job Responsibilities: <br>1. Responsible for answering customer service hotline, and responding in a timely manner to various inquiries, changes and application needs from customers. <br>2. Assist in handling customer order-related matters, including acceptance, follow-up and confirmation of order status. <br>3. Provide professional after-sales service or solve customer complaints to ensure customer satisfaction. <br>4. Collect and record customer feedback and suggestions, regularly compile data to support the company's service improvement plan.<br>5. Proactively propose customer service process optimization suggestions to help improve team efficiency and service quality. <br><br>Requirements:<br><br>2. Familiar with basic computer operations and able to quickly adapt to the company's internal systems and tools. <br>3. Have patience and attention to detail, and be able to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations. <br>4.
