Sales Associate Store salesperson

<p>We are seeking salespeople to join our sales team. As a member of our company<strong>Sedate Concept Store</strong>As a salesperson, you will be responsible for providing professional and friendly service to customers, recommending suitable health products for them to purchase.</p><p></p><p><strong>Salary can reach $18,000 -$20,000</strong></p><p><strong>Guaranteed commission of up to $3,000 during the trial period</strong></p><p></p><p><strong><u>Job Responsibilities:</u></strong> </p><ul><li>Responsible for promoting and selling healthy and wellness products, and meeting sales targets</li><li>Assist with daily store operations, including cash register, inventory management, and product display</li><li>Provide excellent customer service, answer customer inquiries and provide product information</li><li>Keep the store clean and ensure a good shopping environment</li><li>Regularly follow up with customers to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty</li></ul><p><br> <strong><u> Work requirements:</u></strong> </p><ul><li>Second 5 or above, with at least 1 year of retail industry work experience</li><li>Outgoing and positive personality, warm and polite, with perseverance to achieve goals</li><li>Have good communication skills and sales techniques, and be able to independently carry out work</li><li>Able to speak fluent Cantonese and Mandarin, with basic English communication skills</li><li>Understand basic computer operations,<strong>Applicants with health product promotion and sales experience will be given priority</strong></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Working hours:</strong> Daily working hours are 9 hours (including 1 hour for meals)</p><p><strong>Working location:</strong> causeway bay and qingyuan<br><br><strong>Salary and benefits:</strong></p><p>Basic monthly salary of HK$12,000-HK$14,000 and attendance bonus of $1,000, cross-harbor transportation allowance,<br>Commission (guaranteed commission for the first 6 months), welcome bonus and new store opening allowance (first 6 months)</p><p>Monthly 6 days off, shift work and breaks, 10 days of paid annual leave, 17 public holidays, birthday leave, medical insurance benefits and year-end bonuses</p><p><br><strong>Applicants can email their resume to hr@timc.com.hk<br>(Need to provide previous work proof, the information provided by the applicant will be kept strictly confidential and will be used for recruitment purposes only)</strong></p>
