Marketing Officer (International Properties)

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in Event Preparation and Execution Assist in organizing exhibitions for overseas property projects; responsible for venue arrangements, logistics of materials, and providing on-site support to ensure smooth operations.

2. Production and Management of Marketing Materials Assist in the production and proofreading of various marketing materials (e.g., brochures, leaflets, digital advertisements), and coordinate with designers and printing vendors.

3. Support Digital Marketing Assist in updating and managing property information on social media platforms and the company website.

4. Market Data Compilation Collect market information; assist in consolidating business data and preparing relevant reports for management review.

5. Administrative and Clerical Support Responsible for departmental documentation and filing; assist in handling general client inquiries.

6. Other Duties Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree (Major in Marketing, Communications, or Business-related disciplines preferred).

2. 1–2 years of relevant experience in marketing or administration (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).

3. Good command of written Chinese and English; fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.

4. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese/English typing.

5. Knowledge of basic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator) is an advantage.

6. Detail-oriented, proactive, and possesses good team spirit and communication skills.
