Job Advertisement: Restaurant Manager
We are a high-quality Japanese brunch restaurant in Central, seeking a Restaurant Manager with strong leadership and a mindset focused on standardization. We highly value systemized operations and process optimization. Candidates with experience in chain brand management or multi-store operations will be prioritized.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations to deliver exceptional service and smooth workflows.

  • Build, implement, and continuously improve SOPs, service scripts, pass/expediting flows, cleaning, and hygiene checklists to ensure consistent quality across teams and shifts.

  • Recruit, train, and manage performance; design onboarding, on-the-job training, and assessment frameworks to create repeatable, scalable training.

  • Create and optimize staff schedules; coordinate FOH/BOH to improve table turns and labor productivity.

  • Monitor operating and sales metrics (revenue, ATV, table turns, labor cost %, food cost %, complaint rate, etc.) and execute action plans and promotions.

  • Handle on-site issues: customer complaints, incidents, equipment breakdowns; maintain incident logs and follow-up improvements.

  • Ensure food safety and compliance: hygiene standards, temperature/cleaning logs, internal audits, and corrective actions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience; chain brand, new store opening, or multi-unit experience preferred.

  • Proven experience in standardized operations: able to develop SOPs, training materials, audit checklists, and reporting mechanisms.

  • Excellent customer service and complaint resolution; detail-oriented with a consistency mindset.

  • Data-literate with the ability to turn insights into actions: familiar with basic reports, ops KPIs, and PDCA.

  • Strong leadership and communication; fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin).

Work Hours:

  • 8:30 am – 7:30 pm daily

We are a Japanese brunch restaurant located in Central, and we are now recruiting a store manager/store assistant with leadership and standardized operation thinking to join our team! We place great emphasis on institutionalized management and process optimization; those who have managed or expanded chain brands will be given priority.

Responsibilities:

  • Full responsibility for daily restaurant operations, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient service processes.

  • Establish, implement and continuously optimize standard operating procedures (SOP), service scripts, serving processes, cleaning and sanitation inspections, and ensure stable output and services at different time periods and by different personnel according to the standard.

  • Recruitment, training and performance management: Plan onboarding training, on-the-job training and evaluation systems, and establish a replicable personnel development process.

  • Design and optimize the schedule, coordinate front and back collaboration, and improve turnover rate and labor productivity.

  • Monitor operating and sales data (revenue, customer orders, turnover rate, labor cost%, food cost%, negative review rate, etc.), develop and implement improvement plans and promotion strategies.

  • On-site problem handling: customer complaints, sudden situations and equipment repairs, and form event records and improvement tracking.

Requirements:

  • With standardized operating thinking and practical experience, I can independently establish SOPs, training materials, inspection forms, and reporting mechanisms.

  • Excellent customer service and complaint handling, with a focus on details and consistency.

  • Have data analysis and action implementation capabilities: familiar with basic reports, operating KPIs, and improvement cycle (PDCA).

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, able to fluently use English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin).
