Director of Education Center

Duties include:

• Develop and implement campus annual/qtrly operating plans to ensure achievement of various operating targets.

• Supervise the implementation of teaching plans, regularly inspect teachers’ teaching quality, and ensure that teaching content meets the company’s standards.

• Organize teacher training, teaching seminars and performance evaluation, and enhance team teaching abilities.

• Track student learning progress, regularly collect parent feedback, and continuously optimize teaching services.

• According to the headquarters' enrollment strategy, develop a localized enrollment plan for each campus and organize its implementation.

• Establish and maintain good parent relationships, improve customer satisfaction and retention rates.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above, education, management, marketing related professional qualifications are preferred.

• 5 years of education and training industry experience, with at least 3 years of campus management or team management experience.

• Familiar with the education and training industry operating mode, those who have experience in establishing or expanding new campuses are preferred.

• Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin, with good English skills preferred.
