Automotive Technician (Tseung Kwan O, 3 years of experience)

Job Responsibilities:

• Working as a body repair technician at a well-known Hong Kong automotive brand's after-sales service center, responsible for executing body structure repairs, panel beating, and pre-painting preparation work in accordance with the original factory specifications

• Install and adjust exterior and interior components of the vehicle according to the brand's technical manual and quality standards, including lighting, trim, bumpers, sunroof components, etc., to ensure that the functions and appearance meet the factory requirements

• Participate in factory daily operations support, including tool and equipment management, repair order follow-up, parts issuance verification and safety inspections, and assist in maintaining a high-efficiency and orderly production process

• Guide and lead apprentices and junior technicians in practical training, share maintenance experience and technical highlights, and promote continuous skill improvement of the team

Requirements:

• Have secondary school diploma or above, and hold a government-recognized apprenticeship certificate in automotive body repair, a Vocational Training Council (VTC) diploma or equivalent qualification

• Applicants with at least three years of body repair experience at authorized dealers or large automotive service centers, familiar with the structural characteristics of European luxury cars, are preferred.

• Must hold a valid Hong Kong private car (Class 1) and light truck (Class 2) driving license, and be able to provide recent traffic violation and demerit point record proof, with a good driving record

• Have basic Chinese and English reading and writing abilities, be able to understand technical documents and work orders; understand how to operate the Windows system and common office software, and be able to complete electronic maintenance records independently

• Stable and detailed personality, high sense of responsibility and problem-solving ability; value teamwork, willing to accept continuous training, and maintain learning enthusiasm for automotive technology development
