<p>Job Responsibilities: <br>1. Assist the floor supervisor or manager in daily operations and management to ensure the service efficiency and quality of each work position. <br>2. Assign servers to appropriate work positions and monitor their work performance to maintain service standards. <br>3. Responsible for preparing and inspecting the table setting, ensuring a clean, beautiful dining environment that meets the brand's requirements. <br>4. Actively engage in upstream promotion, recommend relevant products based on customer needs, and enhance sales and customer satisfaction. <br>5. Maintain good interaction with customers, handle reservations, orders and bills, and ensure a flawless customer experience. <br><br>Requirements:<br><br>2. Have good communication skills and service awareness, and be able to quickly respond to various customer needs. <br>3. Have basic leadership skills, able to effectively allocate and guide team members to complete tasks. <br>4. Familiar with common sales strategies in the food and beverage industry, and able to apply them flexibly in actual work. <br>5.
