Responsibilities:
1. Drive cross-border business growth strategy:
Lead the development of a global business strategy, clarify our value proposition and market positioning, and be responsible for key performance indicators such as market share, revenue growth, and acquisition of high net worth customers.
2. Build a global value network:
Strengthen Hong Kong's core customer relationships, and at the same time identify, expand and establish a strategic partnership ecosystem in key domestic and overseas regions, focusing on serving cross-border high net worth and ultra-high net worth customer groups.
3. Master the dynamic regulatory environment:
Establish a regulatory detection and intelligence analysis system, accurately predict the financial regulatory trends in Hong Kong, the mainland and overseas markets, as well as the policies of regulatory agencies such as the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) and the Insurance Authority (IA), and transform them into preemptive business strategy adjustments to enhance competitive advantage.
4. Lead innovative cross-border solution:
Lead a cross-functional team to design and push forward complex cross-border financial and insurance solutions that meet market needs, responsible for the whole process from concept validation to commercialization, and ensure that the product structure is innovative, market-attractive and compliant
5. Build a risk control resilience framework:
Design and optimize an integrated dynamic risk management framework for market risk, credit risk, liquidity risk, and operational risk, to adapt to business evolution and external environment changes, and ensure the safety of the company's capital and reputation.
6. Risk insights embedded in business decisions:
Establish a risk model and risk monitoring system based on VaR and ES as key risk indicators, ensure real-time visibility of major risk exposures, and report to management and the board, driving data-based strategic adjustments. Exercise risk veto power in the feasibility study and design stage of new business and new markets, conduct quantitative and qualitative assessments, and issue authoritative risk control review opinions to improve business quality from the source.
7. Manage macro-strategic risk map:
Build a macro risk dashboard for international business, continuously monitor political, economic and systemic compliance risks in target markets, develop and regularly practice risk mitigation strategies and business continuity plans.
Entry Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above
2. More than five years of business development and risk control experience in the financial investment, insurance, and financial planning industries
3. Familiar with the financial investment markets, policies and channels of the mainland and Asia, familiar with risk control techniques and tool models
4. Good relevant industry interpersonal network
5. Be cautious in your dealings, have good communication skills and business negotiation techniques, and have crisis management and cross-departmental leadership skills
6. Able to accept internal travel
7. Good Cantonese and Mandarin
