Stock Brokerage Account Ambassador

Job Responsibilities

• In Hong Kong's major shopping malls and subway stations, etc. in densely populated areas, we set up a one-stop service for securities account opening, including on-site consultation and assistance with account opening procedures
• Proactively introduce company securities services to enhance customer trust and conversion rate
• Coordinate with the company's marketing promotion rhythm and conduct promotion during the designated time period (such as new customer benefits, time-limited discounts)

Work requirements

• University degree, those with basic financial or business-related knowledge are especially good; those with no relevant experience will receive complete training, but must pass internal evaluation before they can work independently
• Have a high level of service awareness and emotional management skills, and still be polite, patient, and smiling in the face of repeated questions or brief queues
• Appearance is clean and decent, and behavior and gestures are professional; those who consider themselves well-groomed, articulate, and quick-witted will be given priority
• Flexible shift arrangements, with the option to work any time during the week (6-8 hours per day), and the ability to plan monthly leave time, ensuring attendance stability
