Job Description

As a Sales & Marketing Executive, you will support our business development in Hong Kong by growing our customer base, managing day-to-day sales activities, and helping to build a strong market presence for our brand. You will work directly with the Business Development Manager and interface with designers, contractors, and end clients to drive sales from lead generation to project follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with interior designers, architects, contractors, and property owners.

  • Identify and approach new business opportunities through visits, calls, networking, and online channels.

  • Follow up on project leads, prepare quotations, and support the closing of sales.

  • Coordinate with internal operations (sample library, logistics, project support) to ensure smooth delivery and service.

  • Present our products and finishes to clients (in-person meetings, showroom/sample presentations, and basic on-site demonstrations where needed).

  • Develop and launch new marketing campaigns, e‑newsletters, and paid ads, including drafting content to promote the brand.

  • Collect market feedback on pricing, competitors, and product performance, and share insights with the team.

  • Assist in basic marketing activities such as organizing samples, supporting events, and using prepared materials for client outreach.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 1-3 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in a B2B environment, or related roles (experience in building materials, coatings, interiors, or design industry is a plus).

  • Interested in interior design, architecture, or decorative finishes.

  • Good communication and presentation skills in Cantonese and English (Mandarin is an advantage).

  • Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn technical/product knowledge.

  • Follow up on leads, conduct site visits, present product solutions

  • Support marketing initiatives (e.g., social media content ideas, e-newsletters, event participation)

  • Track sales pipeline, report progress, and contribute to achieving team growth targets

  • Able to work independently in a small team environment and manage multiple opportunities at the same time.

  • Basic computer skills (Excel/Word/PowerPoint; any CRM/AI experience is a plus).
