Job Description

Active, responsible, punctual, and cooperative spirit, must have tea restaurant experience, able to read handwritten orders

Job Responsibilities

Accurately write orders by hand and clearly send them to the kitchen to ensure smooth and error-free service, while also considering the rhythm and accuracy of serving multiple tables at the same time.
Proactively observe customer needs and provide timely assistance (such as adding water, changing tableware, and answering food questions) to enhance the dining experience.
Keep the floor environment clean and orderly, including desk cleaning, floor sweeping, dishware placement, and pre- and post-business venue cleaning.

Work requirements

Have at least one year of local tea restaurant floor service work experience, familiar with the operation mode and rhythm of the tea restaurant.
Able to write orders in Chinese by hand, with clear and easy-to-read handwriting, basic arithmetic skills, and the ability to remember multiple order details.
Outgoing and proactive personality, responsible and reliable, able to stabilize the shift early, noon, evening and holiday shifts.
Have good communication skills and team spirit, be able to be friendly to customers and properly handle general customer inquiries or minor complaints.
Appearance is clean, pay attention to service etiquette, and willing to accept on-the-job training and continuous improvement of service quality.
