Job Description

Familiar with the production method and quality control method of Chinese herbal medicine, and academic qualifications meet the click requirements of the Department of Health's Chinese herbal medicine factory and authorized persons

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for the quality control and management of the entire process of Chinese herbal medicine production, ensuring that the product meets relevant regulations and quality standards
According to the requirements of the Department of Health for Chinese herbal medicine manufacturers, implement the establishment and maintenance of a quality assurance system
Review production records, inspection reports and related documents to ensure data integrity and compliance
Coordinate and participate in internal and external audits, propose improvement measures for non-compliance issues and track corrective actions
Support the quality evaluation of the new product development stage, and assist in completing the preparation of quality documents required for registration

Work requirements

Education qualifications must meet the Health Department's requirements for authorized personnel in Chinese herbal medicine factories
Familiar with the manufacturing process, dosage form characteristics, and quality control key points of Chinese herbal medicines
Applicants with Chinese herbal medicine quality management or relevant field work experience are preferred
Understand GMP, GLP and other pharmaceutical quality management regulations, and be able to apply them in daily operations
Have good communication skills and team spirit, be able to coordinate quality-related matters across departments
