Beauty Center Receptionist Front Desk Receptionist

Working range:

• Responsible for front-end customer reception in the store

• Handle general daily store administrative work (data input, customer data organization, material ordering, etc.)

• Answer inquiries and schedule guests for treatment times

• Send a message to follow up on customer treatments and confirm appointment times

Requirements:

• Preference will be given to those with two or more years of customer service experience

• Second 5 or above

• Familiar with computer operations, understand Chinese and English typing, and assist in handling paperwork

• Have good language skills, quality service attitude, proactive and team spirit

• Diligent and polite, honest and reliable, responsible

• Able to speak fluent Cantonese, Mandarin, and English

• Prioritization for immediate employment

• Working 8 hours a day
