Duties include:
1. Responsible for the daily operation, content publishing, and account maintenance of the Hong Kong new media social platform matrix (Facebook, IG, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
2. Combine hotspots, holidays, and product nodes to plan special content and series columns; independently complete topic planning, copywriting, image and text layout, short video scripts, and poster copywriting, etc.
3. Control content style consistency, ensure content quality, originality, and compliance.
4. Assist in brand promotion, public opinion monitoring, and maintenance of brand image.
5. Regularly collect and analyze data on reading, playback, likes, shares, follower growth, and conversions. Output data review reports and adjust content direction and operating strategies based on the data.
Position requirements
1. Familiar with various social platforms in Hong Kong, and understand the rules of the game on each platform.
2. Have innovative ideas, be able to come up with new ideas, understand design and user preferences and needs.
3. Have some experience and past successful cases, which is convenient for the author to add points.
4. Will regularly review and adjust content and design direction appropriately, and improve various data.
