NETWORK CONSULTANCY SERVICES<br><br> • Network Design:<br> 1. Network zones including HA’s Intranet, Extranet, Internet and external network zones<br> 2. Support end-point devices including HA PCs, mobile devices, etc.<br> 3. Deliverables including Network Requirements Document, Network Design Diagram, IP Addressing Plan, Hardware and Software Specifications, Security plan in consultation with HA’s security team or vendor, Implementation Plan, Testing and validation plan, documentation, training materials and Support/Maintenance Plan<br><br> • Network Configuration:<br> 1. Optimised configuration on simplicity, scalability, performance and reliability<br> 2. Performance Assessment Report: Detailed analysis of the current network performance, identifying bottlenecks and areas for improvement.<br> 3. Optimization Plan: A comprehensive plan outlining strategies to enhance network efficiency, including hardware upgrades, software updates, and configuration changes.<br> 4. Bandwidth Management: Implementation of bandwidth management techniques to ensure optimal usage and prevent congestion.<br> 5. Latency Reduction Strategies: Measures to reduce latency and improve response times, such as optimizing routing paths, load balancing and upgrading network devices.<br> 6. Network Traffic Analysis: Continuous monitoring and analysis of network traffic to identify patterns and optimize data flow.<br> Quality of Service (QoS) Implementation: Setting up QoS policies to prioritize critical applications and ensure reliable performance.<br><br><br><br> • Technology Adoption:<br>Vendor-agnostic evaluation of new technologies, roadmaps to align with HA policies and organisation visions.<br> 1. Analyse and evaluate HA’s needs, offering professional advice on technologies and solutions.<br> 2. Provide quarterly industry trends and innovations updates to ensure current HA network remains cutting-edge and adheres to market standards.<br> 3. Enable HA’s new technology adoption by providing strategies and integration support into HA’s One Network for All infrastructure.<br><br> • Network Management Support<br> 1. Identify and mitigate potential issues and risks associated with new projects and major changes<br> 2. Review Method of Procedure (MoP) for new projects and major changes.<br> 3. Review and certify HA network staff and vendors for implementing new projects and major changes<br> 4. Review and sign off to new projects and major changes.<br> 5. Lead and perform Root Cause Analysis for Major Network Incidents<div><br></div><div>Job Requirements：<br>• Cantonese and English can be used as working languages<br>• Be familiar with network products such as Cisco, Huawei and H3C<br>• Have relevant experience in network architecture, design, deployment, implementation and maintenance<br>• It is preferred to have practical project experience related to hospital medical care and data center migration projects<br></div>
