Front desk reception
Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for the registration, guidance and reception of visiting guests, providing professional and friendly first impression services;
Answer and transfer calls, accurately record and convey messages, and ensure smooth and efficient communication;
Manage the daily operation of the front desk area, including the receipt and sorting of letters and express mail, and basic administrative work;

Requirements:

Have good Cantonese and Mandarin communication skills, be able to have basic conversations and write in English;
Familiar with common office software (such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook), with basic computer operating skills;
Careful and responsible, quick to respond, able to handle multiple tasks and keep work organized;
Applicants with secondary five education or above, with at least one year of relevant reception or administrative support experience, will be given priority.
