Job Description
Our client is a Hong Kong listed Manufacturing company.
Responsibilities:
- Report to Corporate HQ in Hong Kong, manage a team of 10+ covering HR, Administration, Plant Safety and Security
- Perform a full spectrum of HR functions including but not limit to policy formulation and execution, manpower planning, staff recruitment, outreach hiring of workers, compensation and benefits, performance management and employee relations;
- Work as a HR Business Partner and interpret operation needs and translate HR and Administration initiatives into business strategies;
- Prepare regular reports including budgeting & forecasting for top management’s review
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as required
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree holder
- Minimum 15 years of experience as a HR Generalist from the Manufacturing industry with at least 5 years in the Managerial Capacity
- Well versed with PRC Labor Ordinance and Individual Income Tax rules
- Detail-oriented, analytical, self-initiated with excellent people management, communication and presentation skills
- Good command of both spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- High Proficiency in MSOffice (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
