Job Description: DSE organization principal

Job Responsibilities:
1. Fully responsible for the school's education and teaching management work, formulate and implement long-term development plans and annual work plans.
2. Lead academic teams to ensure course design meets DSE exam requirements, continuously improving teaching quality and student performance.
3. Establish and perfect internal management systems, optimize operating processes, and supervise the implementation of work by various departments.
4. Maintain good relations between home and school, regularly organize parent-teacher meetings and student activities, and enhance the connection between school and society.
5. Represent the school in external exchange activities, expand cooperation opportunities, and enhance the school's brand influence.

Requirements:
1. Have a relevant master's degree or above in the education field, with extensive education management experience.
2. Have a deep understanding of the Hong Kong DSE examination system, familiar with local secondary school education policies and development trends.
3. Have excellent leadership skills, communication skills and team management experience, and be able to effectively motivate teaching and administrative staff.
4. Have good Chinese and English expression skills, and be able to handle work affairs in a bilingual environment.
5. Work seriously and responsibly, with strong sense of career and responsibility, and willing to dedicate oneself to the education cause.
