Technician

Responsible for construction site technical support, ensure smooth on-site construction and solve related technical problems; participate in the design and development of new products, conduct technical research, feasibility analysis and functional verification; integrate cross-departmental resources to solve technical problems encountered in the R&D and production process; write technical documents and test reports to ensure product quality and development progress; and continuously push for technological innovation and product optimization to enhance product performance and market competitiveness

• Have a college degree, or hold a recognized software-related certificate, or have been awarded a Hong Kong electrical license (with priority given to those with one of these qualifications)

• Able to communicate and coordinate on site fluently in Cantonese; Have basic reading and writing abilities, and be able to understand technical specifications and equipment operation manuals; those with good Mandarin listening and speaking abilities are preferred.

• Have a strong interest and basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, automation equipment, building intelligence or related technical fields, without the need for many years of experience, but you must demonstrate an attitude of proactive problem solving and logical thinking ability.

• Have basic computer operations skills, be familiar with simple graphic editing tools, and be able to independently complete technical document processing and data reporting.
