Job Responsibilities

Responsible for the daily small stir-fry dishes in a tea restaurant or food stall, including but not limited to dry-fried beef noodle, pepper-salt fresh squid, black bean and chili stir-fried clams, ginger and scallion stir-fried crab, etc. classic Cantonese small stir-fry.
Strictly enforce the output standard, ensure that each dish has even color, appropriate cooking time, and full wok flavor, and meet the requirements of hygiene and plating (clean and orderly).
Assist with food preparation, sauce making, and stove cleaning and maintenance, and maintain a clean and orderly kitchen and food safety standards.
Collaborate closely with the floor and colleagues, flexibly respond to temporary order increases, customization needs and sudden situations, and ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction.

Work requirements

Have more than three years of experience in tea restaurants or large stalls, familiar with common local stir-fry items and traditional cooking methods.
Hand gestures are quick and coordinated, and you can continue to output high-quality products under high-pressure conditions. The wok is full of steam, the flipping is stable, and the ingredients are accurately dropped.
Pay attention to details and sense of responsibility, actively check the freshness of ingredients, seasoning consistency and sanitation of finished products, and avoid speculative behavior.
Long-term stable attendance, accepting night shift arrangements (including weekends and public holidays), with no frequent absences or temporary leave records.
