Investment Operations Analyst – Placement/ Intern

Job Description

In this role, you will work with COO to implement the operational functions, and will work closely with trader and investment team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform daily cash flow forecasting, liquidity tracking, and collateral management across portfolio accounts.

• Assist with corporate actions processing, ensuring accurate dividends, stock splits, and proxy voting rights are applied.

• Draft and maintain regular operational reports, including performance attribution summaries, pitch book data, and board presentations.

• Participate in annual fund audit preparations by gathering required financial schedules and reconciling balances with auditors.

• Perform Trade Lifecycle & Settlement Risk, Compliance & Legal Support.

• Handle other ad hoc tasks as required.

Skills & Requirements:

Requirements/ Qualifications:

• Degree holder in Finance/ Accounting/ Business and other related disciplines

• 1-2 years’ experience of fund accounting/ fund operations/ audit in HK

• Proficient in Python, VBA, macro skill

• Mature, Fast learner, Detail-oriented, Well-organized

• Good communication and able to work independently

• A team player with self-motivated, responsible, efficient

• Fluent in English and Mandarin
