Warehouse Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform initial quality check, inspect the integrity of the goods' external packaging (such as indentation, damage, moisture, and so on), and randomly check whether the contents have obvious defects, deformation, leakage, or abnormal odor, immediately mark the abnormal products and report to the boss for handling.

• Sort and store goods according to warehouse management rules, safely move goods that have passed the inspection to the designated storage position, ensure that the label is facing outward, the characters are clear, and the shelf markings are clear, and maintain smooth lines and effective use of space.

• Execute daily cycle counts and monthly comprehensive counts according to the plan, itemize physical inventory and synchronize updates to the office building record, ensuring that the book quantity is consistent with the physical quantity, and any differences must be reported within 24 hours and the cause must be traced together.

Requirements:

• Able to communicate fluently in Cantonese, with basic writing skills, able to clearly fill out receipts, inventory sheets and abnormal reports.

• No academic qualifications are required, and newcomers are welcome to apply; those with basic physical and endurance can handle daily lifting, bending, standing, and short-distance trolley operations.

• Pay attention to details and sense of responsibility, be able to independently execute multiple repetitive operations and maintain a high accuracy rate; have basic computer operation skills, be able to print labels and input inventory results.

Benefits:

• Daily salary of HKD$900, calculated based on actual attendance days, will be paid by bank transfer on a fixed date each month.
