I.T. support

Job Responsibilities:

· Provide daily technical support to help users solve computer, printer, network and software usage problems (including Windows / macOS systems, Office 365, email, etc.)

· Install, set up and maintain computer hardware, software and peripherals

· Manage user accounts and permissions (such as Active Directory, email accounts)

· Regularly perform system backups and updates to ensure information security

· Write and update technical documentation and user manuals

· Assist in purchasing IT equipment and inventory management

Entry Requirements:

· Hold a higher diploma/associate degree or above in information technology, computer science or related disciplines

· Applicants with 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience are preferred; fresh graduates are also welcome to apply

· Familiar with Windows and macOS operating systems, understand basic network knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, etc.)

· Knowledge of Microsoft 365 or Azure is recommended

· Have good communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and team spirit
