(Senior) Customer Services Officer (Securities / Brokerage)

<p><strong>JobResponsibilities:</strong></p><p></p><ul><li>To handle account opening and ensure the account opening documents follow internal policies and procedures</li><li>To follow up with clients on outstanding account opening documentations</li><li>Resolve client enquiries over the telephone, email, or face-to-face with professional manner</li><li>To establish and maintain good relationship with customers</li><li>To perform ad hoc projects as required</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>JobRequirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Higher Diploma / Associate Degree or above, preferable in business or related disciplines</li><li>1 to 2 years related working experience</li><li>Passed HKSI LE paper 1, 7, 8 or Licensed with SFC type 1 regulated activities preferred</li><li>Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)</li><li>Good Interpersonal and customer services skill</li><li>Fresh graduates passed with HKSI paper 1, 7, 8 will also be considered</li><li>Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior CS Officer</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Working Hours:</strong></p><p></p><ul><li>5-day work week</li><li>need to work on Saturday, Sunday or public holiday on a shift basis (with shift allowance of HKD500 per day)</li><li>9am to 6pm</li></ul><p></p><p>We offer attractive remuneration package to the right candidates.
