The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) serves as a key commercial link supporting field sales and regional teams with efficient pricing, quotation, and cross-border coordination. This role is responsible for liaising with external partners to obtain competitive pricing based on sales requirements, coordinating cross-region sales support across domestic and overseas entities, routing sales opportunities to appropriate Account Managers, and maintaining partner qualifications.
Responsibilities:
Contact partners and vendors to obtain pricing according to local sales requirements, and prepare timely and accurate commercial quotes.
Handle and fulfill sales support requests across domestic and overseas entities (e.g., inter-company needs), coordinating international pricing and resources seamlessly.
Route appropriate business leads and opportunities to suitable sales reps to help dive deep into global customer requirements.
Maintain strong relationships with vendors and channel partners; track, acquire, and maintain relevant partner certifications, authorizations, and rebate/discount programs.
Complete other daily sales operation tasks and administrative duties assigned by management.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Inside Sales, Sales Support, or Channel Management; experience in IT Infrastructure, Data Center, or Tech sectors is preferred.
Good command of spoken and written English (candidates with overseas education background are preferred); fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin to support domestic and international stakeholders.
Clear logical thinking, strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills, with high attention to detail.
